The Store Manager is a part time position, 25-30 hours per week. The store manager is a member of the Center for Family Violence Prevention staff and is directly responsible for management of My Sister’s Place. This position is responsible for carrying out the goals and objectives of My Sister’s Place as established by the Executive Director. This position requires 2 years of experience in retail, personnel management, knowledge of domestic violence outreach services to victims, and volunteer and intern supervision. The position requires the ability to do light to medium lifting.
The Lead Accountant is an integral part of the finance and grant team. The primary role of the lead accountant is to maintain the financial records for the organization. The lead accountant will prepare balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other financial reports for the leadership of the organization. Accountant duties and responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
This part-time position (up to 20 hours per week) is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in carrying out the goals and objectives of My Sister’s Closet as established by the Manager.
This is a part time position, up to 24 hours per week. The Sales Associate is a member of the Center for Family Violence Prevention staff who is responsible for assisting the store Manager(s) and other staff in carrying out the goals and objectives of My Sister’s Attic as established by the store manager(s).
The New Directions Safe House Shelter Associate position is a part time position, up to 25 hours per week. The shift is 12:00am-8:00am, three nights per week. The Safe House Associate provides confidential, safety, and supervision services to shelter guests.
The New Directions New Directions Safe House Administrative Assistant position is a part time position, up to 20 hours a week, day shift. This position assists in greeting clients, providing information and assistance where needed, providing administrative support to the Safe House manager, and answering the phone lines.
