Database Administrator/Accounting Clerk
This full-time position is responsible for data management for the organization; including but not limited to data entry, development of database reports, modify cation of database, troubleshooting, implementation of database security, generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for grant contracts, recording transactions in Apricot database, and data audits. This position will also be responsible for providing accounting assistance to the Staff Accountant and Director of Resource Development and Planning. Accounting activities include entry of credit card charges into QuickBooks, matching and assembling backup receipts to credit card statements, copying documents for all grant reimbursement requests, and other general accounting assistance as needed.
