Legal Services

Free legal consultation and representation services are available to every domestic violence survivor in need of civil and/or family law services (e.g., domestic violence protective orders, custody orders, divorce, real equity property distribution, etc.).  The legal team comprising an advocate, paralegal, and attorney, offers wraparound support for survivors to ensure their legal needs are identified and addressed.
